Rebecca Acuña is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in public and government affairs, strategic communications, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Communications at AT&T, she leads impactful initiatives that bridge technology, education, and community engagement. Previously, Rebecca held leadership roles at PepsiCo, where she represented its global food and beverage portfolio across seven states, and directed policy communications.

A seasoned political strategist, Rebecca has served as Texas State Director for the Biden for President campaign and Executive Director of the Latino Center for Leadership Development. Her expertise spans crisis communications, media relations in English and Spanish, and leadership development.

Rebecca is recognized for her community involvement as Chair of ChildCareGroup’s Board and a Board Member of Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, she continues to champion equitable opportunities and inspire future leaders.
