Jean Claude Tissot serves as the President of Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (CCSWB), a division of Arca Continental. With over 25 years in the Coca-Cola system, Jean Claude leads operations across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and parts of Arkansas, overseeing a workforce of 8,500 associates.

Throughout his career, Jean Claude has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to sustainability, innovation, and people-driven cultures. Under his leadership, CCSWB achieved record-high EBITDA growth, sales volume, and employee engagement. He championed sustainability initiatives, positioning CCSWB as the only U.S. Coca-Cola bottler using 50% recycled PET in every plastic bottle and securing long-term renewable energy contracts. Jean Claude also led groundbreaking efforts such as opening Coca-Cola’s first new U.S. production plant in a decade, delivering $30 million in operating efficiencies.

In addition to operational achievements, Jean Claude has successfully driven mergers and acquisitions across Mexico, Peru, and the U.S., delivering synergies and cultural integration. He pioneered the ACT model, optimizing portfolio strategies and market operations, and spearheaded a digital transformation that enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs.

Jean Claude is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and holds a certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from Wharton Executive Education. He serves on the boards of the Coca-Cola Bottler Association and the American Beverage Association, embodying his mantra of being adaptable, approachable, and authentic in every endeavor.
